Provide functional support for Supply Chain & Manufacturing Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to increase adoption and optimization of the ERP system and achieve defined SLA and KPIs.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues.
Identify business/user requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
Optimize system configuration in partnership with implementation and development teams.
Lead stakeholder collaboration in the ongoing education and development of priorities.
Manage the development and adoption of systems through effective change management practices.
Support user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Assist with configuration changes, enhancements, and testing.
Escalate and coordinate complex issues with vendors or development teams.
Support reporting, data quality, and basic security/access requests.

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing
Strong understanding of business processes and user workflows
Experience working in multi-company or multi-country environments
Strong English communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
