Support planning, creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content;
Update budget spreadsheets, organize invoices, and follow up on payments with the Finance team;
Keep the website and institutional materials up to date (profiles, sections, blog, and content);
Assist with the production and proofreading of blog posts, newsletters, and institutional materials;
Request quotes, organize proposals, and coordinate with vendors;
Support the logistical and operational organization of institutional events and sponsorships.
Requirements
Enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Administration, Marketing (technologist or bachelor’s degree), Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields;
Flexible schedule to support events and office activities;
Interest in communication and marketing;
Basic knowledge of communication tools, social media platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva);
Organized and detail-oriented.
