Carry out specialized technical studies, research and analysis on legal topics.
Serve as resource person for the submission of solutions and action plans
Provide technical support for tasks, projects and complex operational issues
Assist your unit’s legal staff with their initiatives and help them plan and coordinate legal activities.
Prepare and draft reports, documents, summaries and technical notes
Follow up with practitioners and decision-making bodies as required.
Forward files in accordance with the established process
Help practitioners follow your unit’s standards and processes and use its tools and systems.
Requirements
General college diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
