Handling termination-related legal disputes
Advising on mobile-work-abroad arrangements as well as temporary and permanent work-from-abroad situations for a German company
Assessing employment, social security, tax and immigration law risks in an international context
Acting as the interface with external lawyers, advisors and authorities
Designing and delivering employment law training
Supporting due diligences at national and international levels
Drafting and continuously updating employment contract templates in line with current laws and case law
Working on varied projects
Creating policies, guidelines and internal work aids
Requirements
Completed degree in law (Diploma or State Examination)
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an HR environment
Excellent knowledge of individual employment law
Knowledge of immigration, social security and tax law
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Excellent written and spoken English
Independent, structured and precise working style
Team player with an empathetic and assertive personality
Flexible and resilient, able to perform under pressure
