Manage and coordinate timely payroll run execution with the client and internal Strada stakeholders
Organize deployment of legal or client-requested technical changes: prepare specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and perform testing
Report and communicate contractual quality indicators to the client, and implement corrective actions to resolve deficiencies
Provide daily functional support to teams to ensure successful payroll delivery
Support skill development of team members through training and coaching to enable them to perform their roles
Legal changes: following Strada internal communications, ensure dissemination to the client and teams, and ensure implementation on the client solution for which you are responsible
Provide client support during external audits and manage responses from agencies (Net-entreprises)
Support year-end payroll activities
Responsible for updating, maintaining, and ensuring compliance with our procedures and their documentation
Ensure and validate maintenance testing of the system
Responsible for resolving technical/functional issues reported by teams and ensuring that bugs and defects in the tool are logged in tickets with the necessary information for correction
Work on continuous improvement of our procedures (automation, innovation…) in collaboration with Operations, Transformation and Product teams
Provide support for all implementation projects and go-live activities
Support managers in client communications, ensuring that all information is accurate and shared on time
Support management teams in resolving client escalations and in learning from mistakes
Requirements
Minimum Bac+2 (two-year degree) in accounting, human resources, business management, or equivalent professional experience
4 to 8 years of relevant payroll experience in consulting, outsourcing, or in-house payroll
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and practices and related legislation
Good knowledge of external agencies that interface with payroll (time management systems, taxes, social contributions, benefits…)
Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday or Oracle is preferred
Very good French skills (minimum B2) and a good level of English required
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects is a plus
Able to collaborate and work within a team as well as independently while following Strada procedures
Flexible and able to support an international, dynamic environment
