About this role
Role Overview
- Lead system engineering activities with the goal to represent the Systems Engineering discipline through a business integration process.
- Manage the systems function through major / moderately complex projects, involving delegation of work and review of work products.
- Plan and deploy an execution plan to the systems engineering team working on a complex business integration.
- Deep knowledge of requirements and test flow.
- Serve as both the project manager and scrum master for the systems engineering efforts.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of all systems engineering owned deliverables.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies.
- Lead the systems engineering team through planning and execution Risk Analysis activities, such as FMEAs and Hazard Analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering OR an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality or engineering.
- Experience with IEC 60601-1
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience with QMS requirements
- Experience with wireless communication protocols
- Experience with cyber security
- Significant experience with SAAP and software development.
- Experience with C++, .NET, Jira.
