Work on backend development (Java + .NET), ensuring consistent deliveries aligned with standards and schedules;
Serve as the technical lead for the Java → .NET migration flow, ensuring functional, contractual, and behavioral equivalence;
Work closely with the AI Architect during Sprint 0 to structure the process for using OpenCode + Copilot;
Take daily governance of AI usage after Sprint 0, guiding developers, reviewing outcomes, and adjusting approaches;
Define and maintain standards for code, architecture, style, testing, security, and quality;
Review and validate code migrated or generated by AI, ensuring adherence to architecture, contracts, and business rules;
Ensure compliance with the 'gold' repository guidelines and logging practices;
Support the team in reading, interpreting, and refactoring legacy Java and Delphi code;
Lead the analysis and remediation of equivalence issues between Java and .NET;
Make quick, well-founded technical decisions to maintain pace, quality, and predictability;
Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and backlog refinement focused on architectural coherence;
Work directly with the Product Owner, XP Architect, and other teams for alignment, clarifications, and dependency management;
Anticipate technical risks and propose viable solutions that respect the environment, deadlines, and architecture;
Escalate special cases to the AI Architect for support when necessary;

Solid experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Backend Engineer in complex microservices projects (Java and .NET);
Proficiency in Java 17+, .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core, C#, REST APIs, messaging, and distributed architectures;
Experience with migrations between technology stacks (especially Java ↔ .NET);
Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, SOLID principles, and design patterns;
Experience with generative AI tools applied to development (Copilot, OpenCode, LLMs);
Strong experience with Azure (App Services, AKS, APIM, Service Bus), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and logging.
