Create, communicate and evolve commercial models that guide product, promotion and in-store operation strategies.
Develop playbooks, guidelines and explanatory materials to support internal teams in executing commercial models and practices.
Perform analyses and simulations to validate models prior to implementation, translating data into clear, decision-oriented insights.
Plan, execute and monitor pilot projects (define format, success metrics, communication of results and lessons learned).
Define the narrative and communication materials for socializing models with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Product and IT).
Structure rollout roadmaps and readiness criteria to scale new models across stores.
Ensure alignment between strategies, metrics and communication so that models are well understood and applied by different teams.
Deliver executive presentations with clarity, conciseness and impact on decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
Solid experience in commercial modeling, development of frameworks or operational standards in a retail or operations environment.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable messages.
Proven experience creating communication materials (playbooks, presentations, communicative dashboards).
Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, coordinating alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical and strategic profile, with data
and performance-metrics-driven decision making (e.g., sales, NPS, model adherence).
Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog prioritization.
