Develop and implement comprehensive strategies in collaboration with Field Sales to support sales growth objectives.
Ensure that all operational processes, particularly in inventory management, are effectively supporting the assigned accounts and field territories.
Analyze operational data to provide insights to Sales Leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.
Utilize data-driven approaches to enhance inventory efficiency and address analytical needs across the US Sales leadership.
Oversee the management of orthopedic consignment inventory and equipment, ensuring optimal par levels while minimizing waste and excess.
Lead inventory rebalancing and allocation strategies to efficiently meet the demands of the business.
Coordinate the launch of new products and their deployment to assigned accounts.
Ensure proper resource allocation and support throughout the introduction phase to optimize uptake and sales.
Partner with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to enhance workflow and efficiency.
Mentor and train team members on operational protocols, inventory management systems, and compliance standards.
Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, implement best practices in inventory management, and lead process improvement projects that drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory and operational efficiency.
Proactively identify and report on market trends that could impact inventory management and sales operations.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Healthcare Management, or related fields, with a focus on inventory management and sales support.
Prior experience in leading and managing smaller teams.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that drive operational improvements and sales growth.
Strong analytical skills with experience using advanced Excel, Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards related to inventory management and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred.
Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and projects.
