Maintain accurate product and purchase order data within NetSuite.
Coordinate with warehouse partners to confirm receipt of inbound shipments.
Manage one-off outbound order issues, including shipment exceptions and allocation discrepancies.
Support ongoing system integrity across NetSuite and connected platforms.
Monitor inventory availability across multiple sales channels such as Shopify and Amazon.

1-3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience working in ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external warehouse partners.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of day-to-day execution.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
