Promote the SHIELD colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to healthcare providers in the primary care setting
Achieve sales targets consistently
Build strong relationships with healthcare providers
Educate and support providers with product knowledge and training
Identify new business opportunities and foster collaborations
Monitor competitive landscape and report insights to leadership
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in the healthcare industry (diagnostics, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales)
A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing sales experience in the healthcare industry and direct clinical experience in a patient care environment, as a registered nurse or a physician assistant
Experience with diagnostic products, particularly blood-based testing or cancer screening products
Familiarity with the primary care landscape in your assigned territory
Demonstrated ability to engage in selling conversations, overcoming objections and aligning client needs with product offerings.
Proven experience in planning and executing product launches in the healthcare or diagnostic space
Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms
Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
