Build the complete launch plan, including the anticipation/pre-launch phase, warm-up, pre-launch content (CPLs), opening/cart opening, scarcity and closing phases;
Map, test and implement launch strategies (PLF, evergreen, live launch) and pricing models (one-time, subscription/recurring, installment plans), taking perceived value and benchmarks into account;
Work closely with the Product team on offer conception (theme, format, promise, deliverables, curriculum/learning plan), ensuring product–market fit;
Create robust executive materials such as launch books and playbooks, strategic decks and offer narratives;
Develop reactivation, upsell, cross-sell and community strategies to increase LTV and strengthen customer relationships;
Monitor the development of digital products, ensuring clarity of theme, format, benefits, delivery structure and differentiation;
Create comprehensive briefs for Social, Media, Editorial, Video, CRO and Tech, ensuring alignment between narrative, creatives and the media plan;
Define CRM/automation strategy and cadence for each stage of the funnel (cold leads, nurturing, conversion, post-sale, retention), in partnership with the Martech team;
Analyze behavior at each funnel stage (engagement in pre-launch content, intent, drop-off, conversion) and propose course corrections;
Continuously benchmark offers, formats, narratives, pricing, triggers and relevant trends in the digital market;
Organize rituals, timelines, prioritization and centralize communication with stakeholders;
Consolidate learnings from each cycle and translate them into practical recommendations to improve the performance of future launches.
Requirements
Solid experience in strategy and management of infoproducts, digital launches or education/content products;
Deep knowledge of digital business models (PLF, evergreen, membership, high-ticket) and value ladders;
Experience with infoproduct platforms (Hotmart, Eduzzz, Kiwify, Kajabi or similar);
Experience with launch models, funnels, customer journeys and value ladders;
Ability to craft narratives, offers and executive presentations with clarity;
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva and GA4;
Organized, strong prioritization skills, autonomy and clear communication;
Strategic, challenging mindset with the autonomy to make decisions, and oriented to impact and storytelling.
