Support the operational routines of the Product/Purchasing area
Conduct and follow up on supplier quotations
Support issuance, verification and tracking of orders (domestic and imported)
Update controls, spreadsheets and systems with product and purchasing information
Support product registration (SKU, assortment, RMS, NCM) and data adjustments
Monitor production, shipment and delivery deadlines, performing follow-ups with suppliers
Provide support for sample, packaging and inspection processes
Assist in organizing information and materials for team meetings and presentations
Interact with internal areas such as Design/Style, Stores, Import, Logistics, Planning and Tax
Support resolution of operational requests, such as store inquiries, exchanges and order adjustments

University degree in progress or completed (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Fashion, or related fields)
Previous experience in administrative, commercial, purchasing or product routines
Proficiency in Excel (intermediate)
Organizational skills, attention to detail and responsibility for deadlines
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Basic English
Plus: Previous experience in retail, purchasing or product
Experience with product registration systems or ERP
Basic knowledge of import processes
Advanced English
Desired/additional: Basic knowledge of pricing and margin calculation
Experience managing controls in spreadsheets
Interest in developing a career in Product/Purchasing
