Engage in content development for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions
Adapt writing style as needed for different brands and voices

Proven experience writing for creators, brands, or media companies across social and long form formats
Strong understanding of platform specific writing for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and email
Ability to extract context and narrative from recordings, raw footage, and conversations with minimal direction
Comfortable writing social captions, news style articles, insight pieces, and newsletters
Clear, human writing style that adapts across brands and voices
Full time availability and the ability to commit fully to Shadowlight Studios
Reliable overlap with U.S. working hours, especially Pacific Time
Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative environment
Able to manage deadlines, feedback, and multiple deliverables consistently
