Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required , Advanced Degree strongly preferred ; desired fields of study include Operations, Business, Finance, or similar.
At least 8+ years’ experience ( 6+ with Advanced Degree ) in Operations, Business Operations, R&D support, Program Coordination, Finance, Procurement, and/or Shared Services.
Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills.
Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Ability to operate in a regulated or structured enterprise environment.
Up to 10% travel – Domestic
Experience supporting R&D, engineering, lab, or product development organizations strongly preferred.
Exposure to procurement, finance, vendor management, or compliance processes highly desired.
Experience building or operating shared services or admin‑enablement models strongly preferred.
