About this role
Role Overview
- Directly supervise ABS within the defined district
- Provide education to treatment centers
- Ensure team demonstrates strong business acumen and skilled prioritization
- Comply with all corporate policies, SOPs, and applicable federal and state healthcare laws
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of ABS
- Develop a successful implementation of a coordinated area business plan
- Provide direction and management oversight to ABS
- Maintain expert knowledge of local, regional and national payer policies
- Partner with various support functions within the NS sales team
- Work closely with direct reports to establish and support career development plans
- Adhere to all J&Js compliance policies and guidelines
- Share TC insights with brand team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A valid driver's license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
- A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/account management experience
- Must live in the geography and/or be willing to relocate to the geography
- Preferred: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the Neuroscience therapeutic area
- People leadership experience
- Large account management , and access & reimbursement experience
- A Master’s Degree in a related field or an MBA
