About this role
Role Overview
- Provide technical advice and consulting to system units on health regulation matters.
- Represent the department at events, technical working groups and national/state committees.
- Conduct audits of hospital accounts, analyze claim denials (glosas) and evaluate home care services.
- Contribute to authorization processes, nursing audits and provide technical responses via corporate systems.
- Deliver trainings, lectures and capacity-building sessions for auditors and technical teams.
- Participate in scientific committees and support the development of technical content for specialized events.
- Assess and validate care packages in the internal system.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the DRG model.
- Perform other activities related to auditing and health regulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Availability to travel required.
- Experience with DRG.
- Postgraduate degree in Health Auditing preferred.
- Clinical nursing practice and/or experience in nursing audit.
