Lead CRM onboarding and configuration sessions with dealer partners.
Customize CRM workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting dashboards to align with client business processes.
Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert during implementation and post-launch phases.
Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on CRM features, including lead management, campaigns, and reporting.
Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for lead assignment, automation, and customer engagement.
Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to improve utilization.
Validate CRM configurations against UAT checklists and ensure compliance with Tekion standards.
Support regression testing and troubleshoot issues during go-live and hypercare phases

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (SaaS)
3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting (preferably automotive retail)
Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign automation
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
