Develop ground test means (from avionics to virtual platforms) to validate and integrate new aircraft systems
Design, evolve, and upgrade Test Benches according to Airbus processes
Manage test means projects in the Cabin & Air Area, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of solutions to testers
Tackle obsolescence and enhance capacity for Test Means across the fleet (A320 to A350)
Contribute to the digitalisation transformation by preparing benches for future needs like massive Data Recording & Analysis, Standardisation of Configuration, and Bench Cross Connections (e.g., for Connected Cabin projects)
Support new developments on other sites through the pull/push of Technology Bricks
Requirements
University degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Informatics, Aircraft System Engineering, or equivalent)
Basic project management knowledge is required
Several years of working experience in system design with a global technical approach
Experience in designing test modules and tools, including a focus on innovations in digitalization
Experience in designing Test Means (refer to VDE 0100)
Basic knowledge of IT networks, including skills in Data analysis, Modeling, and Software Development are required
Proficiency in dealing with technical specifications
Negotiation level of English and German is required
High level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a team-oriented working approach
