About this role
Role Overview
- Analyze manual test scenarios and define automation priorities based on client needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium.
- Build and maintain boilerplates and foundational structures for new automation projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Junior Automation QAs, fostering professional growth within the team.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing automation frameworks and processes.
- Integrate and maintain automation processes within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Oversee and ensure proper execution of automated test plans and reports.
- Lead AI-driven QA initiatives, exploring innovative approaches to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Maintain and optimize automation processes within C# projects and other related environments.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Technical Skills**

- \tQA Automation: 5–8 years of experience

- \tJavaScript / TypeScript: 5–7 years (5 years of hands-on experience)

- \tJavaScript / TypeScript for Automation: 3–5 years (3 years of hands-on experience)

- \tPlaywright / Selenium: 3–5 years (3 years of hands-on experience)

- \t.NET (C#): 1–3 years (1 year of hands-on experience)

- \tAPI Automation (Postman, Insomnia, JMeter, etc.): 6 months of experience
