Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with extensive experience in QA Automation Testing to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation frameworks and testing methodologies, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage QA automation testing projects from inception to completion.
Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends in QA automation and recommend best practices.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in QA Automation Testing.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in QA or automation testing are a plus.
