About this role
Role Overview
Conduct critical, in-depth monitoring of the strategy and its associated OKRs, analyzing root causes of deviations and recommending course corrections.
Monitor action plans implemented as course corrections, assessing and measuring their effectiveness in relation to the expected impact on KR performance.
Manage the pipeline of new ideas and requests, conducting feasibility and risk analyses to prioritize the highest-impact initiatives.
Lead the development of robust business cases with stakeholder areas, defining value metrics and challenging assumptions to ensure alignment with the strategy according to established criteria.
Provide scenario analyses and recommendations for leadership to facilitate decisions on capital allocation (CAPEX) and operating expenditures (OPEX).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with Power BI tools.
Ability to build and produce management reports based on data.
