Relationship Management: Multichannel customer service (phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person) to listen to requests, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Prospecting and Business Development: Identify sales opportunities with existing and prospective clients, assist with contract negotiation and adjustments, and participate in strategic meetings.
Operational and Technical Support: Support analysis of databases and mandatory documents (ANS requirements), actively engage in the implementation of plans at client companies, and resolve operational requests such as issuing membership/ID cards.
Field Presence: Conduct client visits, deliver presentations and on-site activities to present our products, clarify doubts, and convey confidence and transparency.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience in the Supplementary Health sector (private health insurance).
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Profile: Negotiation skills, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work both remotely and in the field.
