About this role
Role Overview
Supervise teams of representatives in the states of Goiás and Tocantins:
Sales team management: Coordinate, guide and develop exclusive sales representatives (RCAs) to maximize sales results.
Strategic planning: Monitor goals and performance indicators, adjusting actions to ensure objectives are met.
Customer relationship management: Strengthen partnerships, identify market opportunities and promote solutions aligned with customer needs.
Continuous training: Lead training sessions and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Market analysis: Monitor trends and competitors, contributing to the definition of commercial strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed)
Previous experience supervising or leading sales teams in the pet food segment
Skills in people management, negotiation, and strategic vision
Ability to inspire and engage teams, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented environment
Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
