Develop and execute the sales plan for your region, validated with your GD;
Plan weekly client visits and record completed visits daily;
Monitor progress toward sales targets in your region, proactively anticipating potential issues to maintain results;
Build a relationship of trust and respect with clients;
Track progress on all established goals, including revenue, product mix, conversion/activation (positivação), and visitation;
Share ideas and techniques with other Sales Consultants (CVs) to stay current in customer approach;
Hold regular meetings with key clients and, when necessary, attend accompanied by your GD. Execute company-defined sales campaigns for clients in your area;
Keep the company updated with information about competitors to help shape strategies. Build relationships with opinion leaders in your area of operation.
Requirements
College/university education (in progress or completed);
Experience in outside/field sales;
Knowledge of sales techniques and a strategic sales perspective;
Valid driver's license (CNH);
Comfortable using technology.
