Manages property and corporate web site content while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
Implements, administers and provides support for integrated functional components related to prospect and resident portals for all property and corporate level websites.
Administers and provides support for all Content Management Site platforms utilized by the Company.
Coordinates with internal clients to gather required information to build out website to Company’s standards and participates in the testing and evaluation of website and platform functionality to support easy access to content management.
Provides help desk support to troubleshoot technical issues related to integrated functional components related to prospect and resident portals and manage website changes as they are required.
Works with vendors to establish platform and website guidelines and participates in the on-going development of those guidelines.
Works with internal customers related to specific organizational needs on a project-by-project basis.
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to create and make presentations, develop and write training programs, procedures, and instructions, and to design and teach information systems programs and classes.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software (Yardi and One Site), and database management programs in order to complete required reports.
Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of website and content management software, web design skills sufficient to edit HTML and JavaScript and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques.
Website Management and/or equivalent experience is preferred.
College degree in related field and/or equivalent experience in a like position is preferred.
