About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct elicitation, analysis, detailing and documentation of business and system requirements;
- Act as a bridge between business areas, end users and the technical team, ensuring clear understanding of requests;
- Support software development projects, software maintenance and improvement initiatives;
- Create and maintain artifacts such as requirements documents, process flows, use cases and user stories within the Azure DevOps project management tool;
- Support testing and quality assurance activities, validating deliveries against defined requirements;
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to planning, refinement and estimations;
- Support continuous improvement of processes and systems with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT)
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation;
- Experience in software development projects;
- Experience providing software support;
- Familiarity with the Azure DevOps project management tool
