Role Overview
Implement marketing strategies aligned with AMT’s branding and business goals.
Provide client and industry research and intelligence to Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
Implement corporate branding efforts, including website updates, social media presence, and marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing & Business Development Director.
Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
5 –10 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Site Infrastructure industries).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Plus: Experience in transportation and surveying services.
