Assume project leadership as project controller and owner’s representative, including regular reporting to the client
Initiate a site logistics, waste management and transport logistics concept and carry out tendering and contract award processes
Help prepare a general contractor tender and participate in contract negotiations with general contractors
Perform quality control and continuously record and track defects to ensure required quality standards
Manage interfaces with adjacent construction sites
Monitor and control the general contractor; lead weekly construction meetings with the general contractor
Review plans (cost groups KG 300, 500 and 600) and coordinate plan review at the interface with KG 400
Track cost and schedule targets, perform regular target vs. actual comparisons of execution dates

Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
At least 8 years of professional experience in construction and project management and/or project development
Site management experience on complex new-build projects and in the revitalization of building projects (office, laboratory)
Experience in controlling and monitoring general contractors and knowledge of logistical handling of inner-city construction sites
Good knowledge and experience in land-use planning and planning law (BauGB / planning law)
Willingness and enthusiasm to make decisions and drive progress on site and to take on responsibility
Good knowledge of current regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN) and of the state of the art
Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project
Very good English skills (international client)
Interest in independently building client relationships
Strong team and communication skills
