Conduct monthly post audits on a sample of vendor payments to include AOD, WORKS, STMS, Contracts, and FLAIR invoices.
Trains new staff in the Bureau of Finance and Accounting.
Coordinates with Florida Palm liaisons to create and conduct PALM trainings and job aids.
Assist in responding to post audit and duplicate payment inquiries from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Helps manage and update the bureau’s procedures in collaboration with various units.
Support agency-designated projects as directed by supervisors.
Analyzes data and create management reports for review and audit purposes.
Creates and manages compliance dashboards and monitors post payment compliance reports.
Requirements
Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent AND three (3) years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance OR Must possess three (3) years of postsecondary education AND one year of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
Accounts payable/disbursement and MFMP experience.
