Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of licensing and compliance experience in fintech, payments, crypto, financial services, or consulting
Strong hands-on expertise with U.S. money transmitter licenses
Experience with crypto and digital asset licensing regimes
Solid understanding of money transmission, payments regulation, AML/BSA, sanctions, and consumer protection requirements
Familiarity with FinCEN, state regulators, and international frameworks
Proven ability to manage multiple licensing projects across jurisdictions
Confident communicator who can translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance
Proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by building scalable compliance infrastructure
