Hands-on (Setup): Implementation, configuration, and launching of campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks.
Performance Focus: Daily monitoring and optimization of bids, audiences, and creatives to ensure KPIs are met.
Data-Driven Culture: Support in preparing reports (daily to monthly) with critical analyses, collaborating with the BI team to turn numbers into strategy.
Creative Collaboration: Liaise with the creative team for asset requests (RMs) and suggest improvements based on media performance.
Relationship Management: Support negotiation with media outlets and management of strategic partners.
Continuous Development: Participate in strategic meetings and actively pursue platform certifications.
Requirements
Platform Proficiency: Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (experience with TikTok Ads is a plus).
Data Analysis: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for spreadsheet work.
Data Storytelling: Basic skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Profile: Highly organized (to manage multiple channels), proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Differentiators (What sets you apart): Experience or certifications in DV360 and other Google tools.
Familiarity with TikTok Business Center.
Knowledge of app measurement tools (Firebase, Appsflyer, or similar).
Basic understanding of programmatic media.
