Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to clinical managers
Serve as a primary operational liaison between clinical teams and health plan care management teams
Oversee onboarding and training for care teams and clinical managers
Lead quality operations, including monitoring and improving adherence to clinical workflows
Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in patient care management
Own performance against operational, clinical, and quality goals
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve patient engagement and workflow optimization
Address escalated operational issues and implement solutions
Partner with clinical/provider leadership to ensure appropriate staffing models

7+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations, care management, population health, or managed care
RN required, Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated experience leading clinical managers and interdisciplinary teams
Highly analytical and metrics-driven
Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills
Ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Experience developing and executing onboarding, training, and competency pathways for clinical staff and managers
Strong understanding of health plan operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
