About this role

Perform reconciliation & variance analysis of monthly operations expenses
Generate weekly and monthly Operations metrics, including data gathering and entry; reports include Annual Operating Budget, Monthly Operating Forecast, Monthly Financial and efficiency metrics
Assess future risk, opportunities, and effectiveness; translate results into meaningful solutions to enhance decision-making; present findings to various levels of leadership
Create, monitor, and maintain metrics and key performance indicators, identifying resulting risks and opportunities
Review data capture processes and procedures; recommend modifications to systems to ensure all relevant metrics data elements are collected as a part of defined standard operational procedures
Audit and confirm the validity and accuracy of all data being reported data
Provide cost/benefit analysis for various projects, as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned

Bachelor s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
