Develops recommendations from complex data and business analyses and formulates them into business plans.
Identify performance gaps in bundle inclusion, configuration accuracy, and deal velocity.
Recommend strategies to strengthen OpsRamp penetration and improve commercial outcomes.
Design and implement statistical and financial models to automate and streamline processes.
Establish metrics required to measure business performance and recommend strategies to address gaps.
Develop business plans and proactively identify new opportunities as partners with client business leaders.

Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area.
Advanced university degree required (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Strong expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, and pipeline analytics.
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.
