About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and execute strategy to drive incremental traffic to the right items across the site.
- Identify high-impact levers to improve item visibility and conversion.
- Partner with brand owners to drive success of Priority brands on the platform.
- Define and standardize KPIs to measure site activation effectiveness.
- Analyze item/PT/Brand & Category-level performance to identify traffic gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
- 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
- Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis preferred.
- Proficient in statistical programming languages such as SAS or R.
- Higher education degrees like Master's in relevant fields are preferable.
