About this role

Develop and deliver communication experiences targeted to people leaders.
Strategize and execute programs that enhance HPE’s reputation.
Lead or support submissions, storytelling, and communications related to industry awards.
Support internal and external events that elevate leadership visibility.
Coordinate deliverables across stakeholders and program owners.
Use engagement data and performance insights to refine communication approaches.

BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration preferred
2+ years of experience in employee communications, journalism, marketing or related field
Experience partnering with and supporting leaders is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience supporting or executing external awards, recognition, and engagement programs is a plus
Proficient command of English (US) language including excellent grammar, composition and proofreading skills
Familiarity with content management systems, graphic design software, web/video editing, and social media platforms is preferred
A portfolio of work available for review is preferred.
