Ensure IT security by implementing policies, monitoring, and administering security components
Administer and optimize IT infrastructure (servers, networks, and Microsoft environment)
Responsible for backup and recovery processes, including testing and optimization
Install, configure and operate IT systems with a focus on stability and security
Monitor and analyze infrastructure and security incidents and take appropriate remedial actions
Plan and implement IT projects to further develop the infrastructure in collaboration with business units and external service providers

Completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification, e.g., IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker)
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure and IT security
Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server, as well as firewall and network configuration
Team and communication skills for working with distributed teams and diverse stakeholders
Very good German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level) and good English skills
Driver’s license class B
