Tax Manager

Role Overview

• Provide end-to-end project support on ongoing global M&A transactions, including:
• Contribute to the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) process, including data preparation, coordination with external advisors, and review of tax analyses.
• Support the creation, planning, and execution of the tax step plan, ensuring accurate sequencing and alignment with broader project milestones.
• Assist with the tax provision process, coordinating data needs and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage tax compliance matters related to Project Foxtrot and other strategic projects.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional communication across Tax, M&A, Finance, Legal and external advisors.

Requirements

• Degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• 8+ years of international tax experience, ideally within a multinational business plus experience in a legal or accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of European and international tax regulations.
• Demonstrated M&A project experience, including due diligence, compliance, or structuring.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solution‑oriented mindset, with a willingness to share knowledge and work as a team player.
