About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a technical SME for integrations during pre‑sales and post‑sales conversations
Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into practical integration and automation workflows
Build low‑code automation templates using tools such as Workato and Power Automate
Develop small proof‑of‑concept automations that demonstrate what is possible
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all integration and automation work
Create customer‑facing documentation, help articles, and enablement materials
Provide basic troubleshooting support for deployed customer automations
Liaise with technical partners to coordinate integration requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a technical integration, automation, or professional services role
Strong understanding of API concepts, data flows, and system‑to‑system integrations
Demonstrated experience with low‑code automation tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work directly with customers to understand requirements
