Role Overview
- Respond to leads interested in the Cartão Seguro Saúde – Tuo+
- Conduct consultative sales via WhatsApp, phone calls and email
- Present proposals clearly and strategically
- Support the customer throughout the entire contracting process
- Lead negotiations and close sales with a results-oriented approach
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2C sales
- Experience selling via WhatsApp, phone calls and email
- High school diploma (completed)
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Journalism, or related fields (preferred)
- Experience selling courses, health plans, insurance, or health cards (preferred)
