About this role

Professional and organizational leadership of our financial accounting team of 30 employees (m/f/d)
Ensure smooth operation of all accounting processes
Overall responsibility for proper and legally compliant accounting in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
Active involvement in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Ensure reliable closing results and perform account reconciliations
Close coordination with related departments and tax advisors
Continuous optimization and further development of accounting structures, workflows and systems
Primary point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and authorities

Initial professional experience in an audit or consulting firm
Experience in corporate financial management is desirable
Solid knowledge of relevant commercial and financial areas
Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP and DATEV is an advantage, along with a high affinity for IT
Independent and structured working style; reliability
Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
Hands-on mentality
