Requirements
Graduating or graduated within the last year with a quantitative academic degree achieving a 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
Post-graduate degree (e.g. MSc, MBA)
Demonstrate strong quantitative fundamentals, such as achieved an “A” in A level Mathematics
Evidence of relevant work experience or internships in finance/transaction services.
Client facing – positive attitude and work ethic
Personal effectiveness (i.e. influencing, managing change, resilience, initiative, adaptability, energy, integrity, analysing and solving problems, teamwork, communication – written and oral)
Willingness to learn
Enjoys working in a close knit and at times high pressure environment
Business development
Financial modelling and strong familiarity with Excel best practice
Communication skills – written and oral
