Own the end-to-end product design process—from research and concepting to prototyping and final UI
Translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and highly engaging experiences
Build interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on strategy and deliver high-quality experiences at speed
Conduct and synthesize user research, feedback sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions
Champion a user-centered design approach while balancing business goals
Contribute to product vision and strategy, bringing fresh perspectives on community engagement

5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing applications (mobile or web)
Advanced proficiency in Figma (design systems, prototyping, collaboration features)
Experience designing for gamified communities, social products, or platforms that drive engagement and retention
Strong grasp of interaction design, usability, and accessibility best practices
Ability to create polished, production-ready designs while iterating quickly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively across disciplines
A passion for building products that bring people together and make complex interactions feel simple
Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (A/B testing, analytics tools)
