In the Finance department — comprising Accounting and Controlling — you and your team will build a strong financial foundation for our company.
Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reporting to our parent company (German GAAP / HGB & IFRS)
Independent management of day-to-day financial accounting, including subsidiary ledgers and fixed-asset accounting
Structured handling of our project business — from invoice verification to posting incoming and outgoing invoices and credit notes
Payment transactions and active cash-flow management
VAT prepayments, ZM (recapitulative statement) filings, tax analyses, and monitoring of relevant tax types
Collaboration with internal departments, group stakeholders, auditors and tax advisors
Further development, optimization and documentation of efficient accounting processes
Special projects in cooperation with the Head of Finance

A degree in business administration or a related field
A commercial vocational qualification with further training as a Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter, IHK)
Or training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellter)
Solid IFRS knowledge and experience with project-based business
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting — ideally in a GmbH within a corporate group
Proven experience preparing annual financial statements and an interest in tax-related issues
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with common ERP systems
Interest in process optimization, automation and learning new systems
A structured, independent working style and strong communication skills
Excellent German and strong English skills
