Experienced leader with ability to build a high performing team, and trusting relationships across geographical regions.
Deep knowledge of procurement regulations, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency
Proven ability to lead complex procurement transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation
Experience with SAP Ariba and ServiceNow preferred.
Experience working with BS11 or similar regulatory frameworks is preferred, but not essential.
Proven ability to deliver vendor management for critical service lines in relation to procurement operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and drive data-informed decisions
Expertise in leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies such as automation and AI to enhance procurement performance
Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and articulate procurement strategies effectively, and oversee change management delivery.
