Proven experience as a Category Manager or Indirect Procurement Specialist/Manager.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable strategies that deliver real savings.
Experience building business cases, calculating savings, and presenting progress to leadership.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder-management abilities.
Solid negotiation experience with suppliers and contracts.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
Experience in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A proactive, high-drive approach and motivation to create value for the business.
Expertise within Indirect Procurement and the desire to build long-term supplier partnerships.
