Responsible for detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs
Perform financial and program control activities, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis
Analyze budgets and support authorizing budget expenditures
Provide work leadership to junior employees
Monitor expenses and perform cost and schedule variance analysis
Prepare detailed financial program management reviews

3+ years of experience in program control, financial management, or project management
Experience working within the Intelligence Community
Experience working with complex CLIN structures, multiple funding types, and Funds from Others (FFO)
Experience with OCONUS-specific requirements, such as hedging liabilities, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), and taxation
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis
Ability to conduct trend analysis and accomplish financial forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
Ability to identify program risks and assist with mitigation plans
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
