Role Overview
- Strengthen relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, biomedical engineers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver engaging product education, in-servicing, and training sessions
- Support clinical evaluations and ensure smooth product implementation
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to progress sales opportunities
- Provide outstanding post-sale support and customer service
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare, clinical education, or account management (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and influence across diverse clinical settings
- Knowledge of hospital environments and clinical workflows
- An interest in sales and building commercial acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in health, nursing, business or related field
