Provide the Regional business and functional leaders the financial support required to enable informed decisions
Build and develop strong relationships with Regional business and functional leaders, Europe Finance and Divisional Finance
Act as primary financial partner for Country business leaders
Actively manage the P&L to maximize results and drive operating income performance
Work with the business to execute strategies to maintain adequate expenditure and investment controls
Partner with Europe Finance on cost control and other efficiency improvement initiatives
Provide strong analytical support to Divisional Finance
Work with various functions such as Legal, Tax, Customer Care, Operations, and Europe Finance teams
Responsible for the implementation and management of an effective system of internal controls
Provide leadership and direction to the Country Finance team
Establish and clearly communicate performance objectives and development plans
Identify high potentials and provide them with opportunities to grow and develop

8-10+ years related experience in a multinational environment
University Degree
Professional certification in accounting
Fluent English language
Familiar with local and USGAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley
Strong leadership, strategic and tactical skills
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conceptualize, structure and develop analyses
Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions independently
Strong people leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
Strong communication skills capable of engaging senior executives and other audiences
Excellent interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization
